These terms govern the hosted Log Duplicate Lens documentation, browser workbench, and optional Field Kit license. The open-source CLI remains available under the MIT License included in its repository.

Diagnostic use

Lens identifies statistical candidates. Identical or normalized messages are not automatically erroneous, and estimates are not billing measurements. You are responsible for reviewing the shown stream, label, timing, and producer evidence before changing alerts, retention, or ingestion.

Field Kit purchase

Field Kit costs $29 as a one-time purchase for one operator. It unlocks saved local presets and browser sensitivity comparison. The free analyzer and JSON evidence export remain available without purchase. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout, tax, receipts, and refund requests. A refunded or charged-back purchase revokes its license.

License and availability

You may activate your token on devices you personally use and must not publish or resell it. A network connection is required for initial verification and periodic revalidation. We may change or discontinue hosted features, but will not intentionally disable the open-source CLI rights granted by its MIT License.

Warranty and liability

The software and service are provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect loss, missed alerts, storage charges, or pipeline changes based on a Lens report. Our total liability for the paid service is limited to the amount you paid for Field Kit.
